Against the advice of many people– I went to doctor Gilbrech. He is a great doctor-​but, the receptionist Karen, has got to be the rudest person I have ever met! She will not return calls. She caused a surgery for my foot to be delayed because of her laziness. She did not have my information ready. She did not advise me of lab tests that needed to be done prior to my surgery. She did not get authorization from my insurance. I had a complete week cancelled so I could have the surgery-​only to find out it was never even scheduled! Why is she even in this business if she hates it so much? She is old, so maybe needs to retire? Long story short, I found another doctor and I am glad I did. Too bad this woman reflects so badly on a good doctor. She should be ashamed
