The owner has terrible communication skills and does not show up or install on time. Took a deposit and never installed the pool.

We bought a house with an in-​ground pool already in place, but it had been closed for four years. We thought we’d never get it clean, and struggled for some time on our own. I found Brian’s business online, as I was looking for a local company, and gave him a call. He came out and took a look at our filter and our pool, and just as we had suspected, we needed to replace the 25-​year-​old filter. He and his crew installed the new filter in a very timely manner, and even when my husband and I were getting discouraged, wondering if we were ever going to have clear water, he kept encouraging us, and telling us what to do. Lo and behold, we now have a perfectly clear pool thanks to Brian! He’s called my husband to check on how things have been going, and has really been helpful with all of the questions we’ve had for him. I would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat!
