Joe found the problem with my Asus in less than half an hour, so, per his policy, there was no charge.
A rare display of honesty… matched by impressive expertise.

Joe worked many hours to export contacts from an enterprise phone to a personal phone which first included debugging my laptop. The good news is that the contacts moved over. The bad news is that the laptop is still under siege. The best news is that he only charged for 1 hour, which was a 10 hour discount.

Joe took on a laptop that would not turn on. He gave us good and bad news. Bad news laptop was toast. Good news he could retrieve the data! Great status updates! Joe is courteous and will take time to explain what’s going on with the machine.
