If this is the Trooper GameStop, then I think the service was great. AJ and His staff are hilarious people and amazing salesmen. They helped me out with getting a new system and a few games. They even recommended a few titles to pick up, so I added that to my purchase. They were spot on. Great job guys. I’ll be back again.

Typical Gamestop, same old same old. The size of the store is smaller then some others in the area. Main issue is the attitude of some of the employees at this location. Some of them either have bad/negative attitudes or are slow and don’t seem to care about the customers. Also one time an employee tried to talk someone out of purchasing a game since they didn’t like the type of game the customer wanted(Very bad customer service in my opinion). It’s one thing to give a valid opinion or to give a customer a heads up to warn them that there have been issues or that people have complained about the game. There is a correct way to inform the customer and then there is this employee’s way of calling it complete crap and going on a blatantly personal tirade about the game. I would avoid this location especially since there are plenty of others in the area. It’s a shame since this location is in a good place for me but I won’t support the attitude and lack of professionalism at this location.

Well it’s a Gamestop. If you been to one Gamestop you’ve been to them all. Nonetheless, I find the dudes and dudets at this Gamestop to be less annoying than at other ones. At least through my experience, when I ask if a game sucks they don’t hold back and lie to me to make a sale. Sometimes when I’m torn between two games they help make the decision a lot easier. On the midnight release of certain games the crew here usually has something special to go along with the event whether it is a contest, or someone dressed up.
