They listen to your needs Look, they talk to you if you want to be talked to, or they just cut your hair. But, they ask you what you want. They also always suggest styles, cuts,. products for your hair and scalp. They are helpful and good at what they do. I’ve never had a bad experience. I drove from Philadelphia just to go to this location.

I have a very basic short men’s haircut, so keep that in mind. My needs are pretty simple. They’re fast and friendly. I’m in and out of there in no time and my hair looks fine. My wife agrees. One tip: They’ll ask for your phone number. I recommend doing this. That’s just so they can create a customer account for you. If you do that they’ll make a note of your hairstyle and any preferences you might have. Saves you time next visit. They probably also make a little note about what kind of tipper you are so if you tip well they will remember that and be very friendly the next time. I have NOT received any phone spam calls or anything… but you can always use a made-up number if you want to.

I’ve been using this great clips for about 2 years. I always get great service. I understand the level of customer service that needs to be given with the public but the girls there go above and beyond. Only complaints I have are with great clips itself. It’s hard for someone to stop cutting hair and then jump back and forth and answer phones and service the walk ins and still go back to cut hair! Hire a desk girl already! Let the stylists focus on the customer. And any other customer reading this… understand these ladies are doing mulitple jobs, tip them well!

I went in with middle of my back long, practically one length hair. I needed a quick easy trim and couldn’t get to my normal girl at a real salon for 2 weeks. I told the stylist that I wanted about an inch off, maybe 1 ½ — 2 inches if I really really needed it. During conversation, she asked how I usually have my hair cut. I told her usually I have the stylist put a long layer in it(note: I DIDNOT ask THIS stylist to do that. just a trim). By the end of my haircut my hair was completely butchered!!! There was a layer in my hair that came to mid cheek. I haven’t had bangs since the 90’s and my hair felt like I was in the mid stages of growing bangs out(ladies you know what I mean!). I was in such shock about what my hair looked like that I couldn’t say anything. I just paid and left. when I got home, I realized I couldn’t even put my hair in a ponytail, low or high without using bobby pins to secure the pieces that were too short to be pulled back. I also realized that my hair was uneven and the layers were not even blended. this cut gave new meaning to the word ‘choppy’. I didn’t go back and complain because all they would do is tell me that they would like the chance to fix it. I have a problem with that for 2 reasons. #1: Channel would NEVER touch my hair again #2: the only way to fix this mess would be to cut it even shorter and at that point I would have practically a pixie cut. I am just going to let it grow for a month or 2 and then go to the REAL salon I normally go to and have a REAL stylist fix what someone at Great Clips destroyed. You really do get what you pay for and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is awful!!!

Never a long wait. I recommend Lindsey. She is attentive, child-friendly and sociable unlike the other Cryptkeepers that work there. The tan, feathered, Farah wannabe is one to avoid. I hate that they don’t take phone appointments. Otherwise, great place.
