Nice little place to sip coffee at after a movie or eating at one of the nearby restaurants. The coffee never seems to be bitter combined with cheap prices make it more enjoyable than Starbucks or Seattle’s Best Coffee.

Came here on a work from home day with a friend who was studying for his med school exams. I love the open atmosphere and the abundance of sunshine the place gets. It’s a good alternative to the way-too-packed Starbucks on Washington Rd. Plenty of tables, plenty of outlets for you to plug your stuff into. Seats are a little uncomfortable, but whatever, that’s being too picky. I’ve read in other reviews that the staff was friendly — not so sure I got that same treatment. I was standing in front of the counter for a good 5 minutes deciding what I wanted and there was never anyone behind the counter. So I went and sat down. And then 2 minutes later I see other people at the counter and voila, there’s someone to service them. Interesting. Had to knock off half a star for that, sorry. The other half of the star goes to my iced chai latte that was a little bit overly sweet with simple syrup. At least they use simple syrup and not just granulated sugar like DD does. The chai had a great spicy flavor to it and the skim milk added just enough creamy to it. But at almost $ 4 it seemed pretty pricey to me for a medium. I guess its around the same for Starbucks. I’ll have to try the coffee next time, since this time I actually wanted to go to sleep at night.

I’m a fan of this place, but with a few reservations. The good: Solid espresso drinks, served in ceramic. Reasonable prices. Warm and friendly service. Free and unlimited wireless. Plenty of seating, with lots of space to spread out your things, as demonstrated by the many MCG and ASU students I saw. Clean, well-stocked restrooms. Ample parking that’s easy to navigate. Convenient location in a quiet area that’s not too out of the way from everything. My reservations: The individually wrapped baked goods are nothing special, and the selection is really quite limited. And while the interior is spacious, the walls are disconcertingly bare, and the furniture is cheap and unattractive. Finally, the enormous bay window, with so much potential, has an awful bluish tint — one that takes me back to the 90s, when my best friend’s mom drove around in a Dodge Caravan with wood side panels and bubbling blue window film. I’m sure that the afternoon sun can be a problem, but there are solutions less aesthetically horrifying than this one.

Love this place, coffee is great people are great and it has plenty of space to relax. They have ice cream but man I want to more sweets. brownies, magic bars, ginger snaps, macaroons ect. If you get coffee for there make sure you get a ceramic mug they are certainly eccentric

Prices weren’t as outrageous as someone else made them out to be…$ 2.75 for a double cap and $ 4.25 for a bacon/egg/cheese panini. The panini was semi-smallish but the spicy mustard was a nice touch to the norm. Coffee was much better than I expected to find in Augusta and I will definitely come back… after I try all the other coffee places in town!

This is a nice little coffee shop with friendly baristas, free wi-fi, and good coffee. Conveniently located near ASU, perfect for getting your study on!

It’s a nice place, if you dig paying $ 4 for a plain iced coffee you can’t refill, which I do not. Got a bagel sandwich, was mediocre. I was expecting more from reviews. So, it’s fairly aesthetically pleasing and all, but still above average prices for average stuff.

Ok, I pretty much adore this place. Aroma has been one of my go-to study spots for the past year– Good coffee, plenty of seating, and free wifi. And on top of that, it’s usually reasonably quiet and there’s a huge bay window, just to keep things a little interesting. There are also a few tables outside, if you’re into that as well. In addition to your typical array of coffee-shop beverages, Aroma has a few sandwiches and baked goods to offer and Breyer’s ice cream. All of this is awesome, but I really think it’s the friendly staff that keeps me coming back. They always say«Hi» and«Welcome» every time you walk in the door, if you’re sticking around they’ll bring your coffee to you once it’s done, they’ll never give you grief for studying there without ordering anything, and they’ll thank you for coming and wish you a good evening as you leave. It makes me happy! Do note that they close early on weekends though! I’ve been caught a little off guard by this before.
