Augusta South Family YMCA

For the last two years I’ve been working out at the YMCA off Wheeler Road. I am from Cincinnati and whenever I come home for the Thanksgiving holidays, I just get a week’s pass for $ 19.00 (7 days).
That location is a little far from the city of Hephzibah, so I discovered this one on Unilocal and was super excited.
I walked in and the staff was very friendly and extra helpful. I told them that I just needed a 5 day pass to workout. I was not charged since I am not here for the full 7 days. That was very generous. They also gave me a tour of the whole facility.
They have daycare for children, zumba, spinning, cross fit room, kickboxing, and more. For me I just need the elliptical machine and free weights. The machines are new and clean and they have everything you need to do a full workout for each body part. I usually go in the mornings around 8:00 a.m. and it is not busy which I don’t have to fight for the machines.
I am really pleased with this facility. Very clean including the locker rooms.
I will be coming here every year now!
