Augusta Tile Crafters

Augusta Tile Crafters is truly horrible. We hired them to tile our kitchen floor and it was a nightmare. Where do I even start. The salesman told us that the project should take 4 to 5 days to complete. Due to several mistakes made by ATC the project took over two months to complete. First, during the demo, one of the subcontractors (yes they subcontract) got a metal shard in his eye because he was not wearing protection. That set us back a week. Then I made them reset several tiles that were extremely uneven. That set us back another week. Finally, they put down two different color grouts. This was quite the ordeal taking weeks until finally they had to use a stain to get it close. The final straw was when we discovered two tiles that were not even adhered to the floor after the project was «complete.» Now our carpet is coming up at one of the transitions. After attempting to get them out to fix it over serval weeks we gave up. DO NOT USE AUGUSTA TILE CRAFTERS!!!
