Auntie Anne’s

I don’t expect much out of a pretzel place in a food court… but I was surprised at the low level of service at AA’s.
Cashier seemed very indifferent while taking our order, and actually seemed disappointed that we were OK with them only taking cash (card machine was down).
The pretzels were ok, but they didn’t have the dipping sauce my wife requested so she had to make do with second choice (after we’d ordered).
After we finished our meal, I approached the counter to get a refill of my fountain drink… NOPE. Even though every other place in the food offers free refills, they charge you for another full price soda ($ 1.69) RIDICULOUS!!!
I get that free refills aren’t a right, they’re uncommon in Europe, but they’re practically guaranteed at a food court.
Will not return.

I’ve enjoyed Auntie Anne’s pretzels for years. I love pretzels from small ones to the oversized ones, to ones that come in a bag to ones that come on a plate, so this place is right up my alley! I always loved the Glazin’ Raisin pretzel but they stopped making those at this location, but I still love the plain ones with the cheese dip. They also make a great strawberry lemonade too.
