Slow service to start no customer greetings at all. This was one of those places when lunchtime it was always busy and crowded with great service and quality food back in the day but as always when owners and management changes everything goes down hill. More competition in the area they will not last long on this major road leading to the malls, and other high end traffic areas. I stood in front of the manager waiting for him to take my order and didn’t even say anything to me as «I will be with you soon» or” welcome to Church’s i will be with in a moment. Good chicken when you can get it without waiting 15 mins to take your order.
