So there are two circle K gas stations. If coming from BiLO the circle K on your left(smaller one) is horrible! If I can give it no stars I will. My brother broke down one day at the gas station while it was raining and asked to use the phone they proceeded to lock him out and didn’t come to the door. So my brother ran across the street to the other circle K to use the phone to call me. I arrived in a panic leaving my phone at home as well. I knocked on the door for help and the woman(older African American woman with an up do) roller her eyes at me and proceeded to talk on the phone. So I yelled through the glass please don’t tow our truck we are going to get my cell phone. We left for ten minutes and come back to a sign taped to the door we can’t help you be we have no power… yea okay… so why are you using the office phone and just starring at us? We called a repair man who helped us out and we went on our way. So before anyone jumps to conclusions my brother is 6foot 140 soaking wet. Dressed in a business suit and clean shaven… there is no way that lady felt threatened it could have been an emergency. I refuse to support this business anymore!

Ok, I have been to this store numerous times. The line at the cashier is usually slow and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. I am in the store this morning, I am the only person in line. The cashier is counting her drawer and ignoring me. Another customer(ambulance driver) enters and asks for her to turn on the diesel pump. She mumbles something, then looks over to him and says«when I’m finished». At this point i walked out and went acroos to the Circle K on the other side of Wrightsboro Rd. I was treated nicely as I usually am at this location. I asked if they had the same owner as across the street and was told yes. This location needs an overhaul of employees. Most are not customer friendly and do not belong behind the counter. Fire the low performers, or lose more business.
