DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This DSW has a good selection of shoes for men. Unfortunately, most are overpriced. I did like the cleanliness of this location and it’s proximity to the highway.

I’ve taken the wife here on a couple occasions, and she’s in love with it. While not a «shoe person» myself, I can appreciate that this place is well organized, clean, well-​lit, and inviting. They always have a huge selection of shoes marked down on clearance in the back, quality shoes marked down throughout the store, and a unique enough mix of goods that they stand apart from any other shoe store in town. The service we’ve received here has been absolutely amazing, too — on our last trip, a young lady named Ariel (I think — I’m horrid with names) walked my wife all over the store and brainstormed shoe ideas for a couple formal events we were set to attend. I have a feeling we’ll be regulars at this place for years to come…

This store has some very good deals on the clearance rack. I scored some nice classic black lace up oxfords (Cole-​Haan) and some sweet blue saddle bucks (Bass) and a pair of nike running shoes for $ 110. Pretty darn good huh?
The store is massive, high ceilinged, and well lit. Customer service has been excellent the three times I have visited.

While I love a DSW store, it’s very difficult to find really stylish shoes here over size 10. Occasionally I’ll find something and it’s like hitting the lottery. There are quality shoe designers that make size 11 and 12 and it would be nice to see them sold here. The store is full of varied inventory. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. I’ll still keep checking in to see if I can find what I’m looking for.

The store is new and beautiful. My husband thinks that I will personally keep this store open with my love of beautiful shoes. The associates are all very friendly and helpful when needed. The selection of shoes at fantastic prices is vast. The sale section is usually my first stop and then I wander up and down each aisle admiring and trying on shoes. Typically I don’t leave without something in their signature striped bag.

This store recently opened this week. I was very excited for this business to come to Augusta because I have been a fan of this store for over 20 years. This store is located in Washington Crossings. There are several new businesses in this area so the parking can be scarce. I didn’t have a problem with parking on the particular day I went. I decided to check them out on their Grand Opening. It wasn’t crowded but there was a steady stream of people coming in. There were sales associates greeting you at the front door as you walk in. This store is huge!!! They have women’s shoes on the left of the store and men’s on the right. There is also an accessories section in the front of the store. There is a sale section in the back of the store. The shoes are categorized by style and type of shoes. There is a great selection of shoes and every price point is represented. The sale section is great because you get an additional percentage off the price depending on the color of the sticker. There is a sale section for accessories too. I found a beautiful wallet by my girl, Betsey Johnson, for $ 20 after the discount was taking off. I also found a pair of strappy sandals for $ 14. These were great deals to me. The checkout process was quick and the employees were very friendly. I got a new red shopping bag for being one of the first customers shopping that day. I definitely will back shopping here with deals like that I can truly get use to that!!!
