Don’t order anything from E-Z-GO Parts & Accessories on line. We ordered a gulf cart enclosure @ $ 400.00 and first we have trouble receiving it(and customer service was all confused), then we finally received it(not posted with right shipping number), then it didn’t fit after I put in gulf cart year, model and serial number. The web site just requested that information and automatically specific which one to buy. NOW had to return, first we had to wait about a week for a return number, then we had to paid for return shipping @ $ 56.00. Then we were NOT noticified if it was received, then I finally talked to a return specialist and she said the full amount was credited back to my credit card, then got a e-mail saying that they took out a 15% re-stock charge from my credit card. I called back to ask about the re-stock charge and was referred again, now the credit department, called that number and waiting for a call back which will probably be another week. The customer service reps know nothing about shipping, receiving, product nor charges. So unless your ready for a lot of hassle don’t order anything from them ONLINE, plus if you can find there return policy read it carefully. Once they got your money that’s all they care about.
