Stopped in again tonight after not visiting since Father’s Day. Ezra smoothed everything over and was awesome, as usual. Manager also called a few days ago and extended his apologies for our awful Father’s Day visit. Back to 5 stars again in my book. Although miss Emma much~she was such a pleasure!

Other negative reviewers must be drunk. Service is great, food is pricey, but organic/natural food is always pricey, so that’s to be expected. Food is good, nice ambiance, very cool that they have a flavored soda machine. A regular spot for my wife and I.

Very good food and AMAZING service. They have good options for vegetarians and vegans, and it’s a much healthier and cleaner version of five guys. 10⁄10 would recommend.

Very clean when you first walk in. These were the best burgers I’ve ever had. They are so juicy. The French fries were just as good which is saying something because I don’t usually like French fries, but I ate every last one I ordered. The self serve soda fountain feels very high-tech. I will definitely return here when I’m craving a big beautiful greasy burger again.

Best burger place ever! Delicious melty meaty taste, ridiculous toppings, organic grass fed goodness, amazing shakes, and great employees! I had forsaken fast food burgers(the horror) til discovering this gem. Can you get any better than a burger and milkshake? No, no you can’t.

I went here when it first opened and again recently at the behest of a friend who thought I should give it a second chance. I hate to say it but I’m not a fan of this place. Nice atmosphere, quick service and friendly staff but I found the food to be overpriced. This chain is a wannabe Five Guys in terms of it being an «upscale» fast food place, but its menu is all organic, non-GMO etc., etc. A cheeseburger, fries, and soda will run you about 13 – 14 dollars. The burger was good although comparable to a place like Wendy’s, where you can get their«premium» burger in a combo for about 7 bucks. Elevation’s fries on the other hand were pretty sad — nearly burnt, and broken into little pieces. In short, the food is a poor value — Five Guys’ prices for Wendy’s caliber food. It is a great choice if you’re into organic ingredients, humanely treated animals, etc. but I figure people who care significantly about those things don’t eat a ton of fast food anyway.

Boutique burger bar with big choice of free toppings. Yeah, it is a little expensive, but it does show in the product — these are quality, juicy burgers with good meat, right up with Five Guys. Fries are terrific in a greasy vein — not healthy, but great if you want that«stained paper bag» feel. Solid veggie burger choices, too, and employees always nice. Not the #1 burger joint in the area with Red Robin’s wide variety of specialty burgers in the same plaza, but a great alternative, particularly if you care about ingredient safety & quality.

I gave it a second chance and it still sucks. It’s WAY over priced. The burgers are dry, the fries are mostly crumbs, the floors are so greasy that you could skate on them. The only upside is that our food came quick because nobody was here on a Saturday night at 6:30 located in a shopping complex on the busiest shopping weekend of the year. It’s time to close up shop and open a Five Guys.

Veggie burger #1 is my go-to, and always a treat. Excellent service, have been waited on multiple times with an EZRA who is helpful, solicitous, and polite. A girl named SHAWAN makes best shakes. Good prices, clean dining room. Augusta needed a fast/casual organic restaurant!

This is great, organic fast food. All you Augusta haters that think it’s too expensive, you get what you pay for! The fries were fresh and delicious and the patties were not soggy at all. The service was exceptional! Amazing staff and food. Thanks guys!

Why are people complaining about small portions and price? This is a fine alternative to fast food with several outdoor tables, dog friendly. I got a typical priced 5 guys burger for same price but organic. And friendly service. Only 2.75 more than a big mac! The outdoor tables and organic is worth a couple extra bucks! Come on Augusta, check it out! Very nice alternative.

Staff was helpful. It has been a long time since I had a burger this good. I can’t think of any place around that has comparable burgers.

Your men’s room smells like wet dog. Like a lot of dogs. Too many dogs who are wet and in your restroom. Burgers are tasty!

Terrible. Small portions, which would be OK if high quality and good value. Business model apparently solely relies on eco-sensitive yuppies, not food taste or quality. Had a chicken burger which was below average in taste and quality(boring bun, lacked flavor). Daughter had regular«one patty» burger which was burned… we asked for another one which was delivered with an apology by the manager. Food was way overpriced for what you get in portion and quality. Greasy fries. Nothing special about this place. Won’t be going back.

We heard a lot of great things about this chain so we decided to try it tonight. My boyfriend and I ordered two Elevation Burger’s and we shared a fry one beer and one soda. 30 bucks later we ended up going to red Robin to get a filling meal. The flavor here was okay but definitely not worth the money. I don’t care how many times they massaged the cows and sang them sweet lullabies, it’s not worth it. The patties were falling apart the second you looked At them and I’ve definitely had better tasting burgers. We were just so grossly disappointed and there are so much better places to get a good tasting burger in the Augusta/Hallowell area.

The service we got here was wonderful, which is refreshing for a fast food place. Everyone seemed to legitimately enjoy and take pride in their jobs, and it shows. What really drew me to Elevation Burger was how their animals are raised and treated. The beef is grass-fed and hormone-free and you can taste the difference in the meat. Careful sourcing of ingredients is important to me, and when it produces a quality product, it’s amazing. We also got fries(the fancy fries with cheese) which I didn’t care for, but I’m picky about fries. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Grossly overpriced yuppie food. Greasy fries and the chicken strips were bland and not enough for the price. If the extra money is for the animals to be free range, put my chicken in a cage and save me money. The burger wasn’t any different than I can get anywhere else. Next time I just go down the block to Chipotle!
