I have rented from this branch several times — with a different staff managing it – and had a very good experience each time, so I recommended it to my sister. Unfortunately, the current staff treated her badly: did not have the promised car ready on the day she needed to leave and worst of all, did not return calls when the car had engine trouble on her trip. My sister’s cell phone worked just fine receiving and sending calls while she was stopped getting the car fixed but the woman in the Augusta office claimed she could not get thru. Unbelievably poor customer service continued when she returned home and had more questions. Needless to say, we will not be using enterprise again – at least not with the current management.
