He is located inside of Costco. Make sure you take a hard right as you enter the door as you will be heading the wrong direction. They are on the opposite side of the building as the pharmacy. The place is small but they took my insurance (VSP), I filled out a quick 1 page form and was done with everything I needed in 20 minutes. Super friendly and the place is clean. The only downside that someone may have is to get to him you will have to be a Costco member.

Dr. Fowler is not only an amazing eye doctor but a great entertainer who genuinely cares about your wellbeing. I’ve seen him for multiple eye exams and even an eye infection. His convenient location and friendly staff will take excellent care of you and your family. You can expect a prompt and thorough examination with one of the nerdiest eye doctors in the business. You can easily tell he enjoys his craft and his patients.
