Very clean training facility. Great class options and the instructors are World Class whether it be boxing, kickboxing, jui jitsu or judo! Last but not least the cardio and conditioning classes will get you into great shape

I trained at Greubel’s for 6 months and hated it. Of the coaches I worked with, one was a good teacher(Chris Elms) and the rest either ignored me or coached me like I was an Army private. Practices were unpleasant exercises in repetition with almost no assistance with technique, strategy, or actual movement. I basically paid $ 150 a month to punch a bag and exercise in cadence, both things I can do for free elsewhere. The boxing coach regularly arrived to practice 15 minutes late, then held the class for up to 45 minutes after it was supposed to end. This meant I never knew when I’d get home after practice and left me trying to squeeze in dinner with my family at around 10pm many weeknights. The gym’s philosophy seemed to be «all or nothing» which doesn’t really work for attendees with careers/families/military schedules. The few times I had to leave at the time practice was supposed to end, I was hassled and told I wasn’t truly committed to the team. In addition to the terrible practices, the gym’s policies are set up to nickel and dime attendees from day one. I was forced to buy Greubel’s shirts to work out there, pay a $ 50 «testing fee» to join the advanced boxing class after being told during my free consultation that I should start there, and was hassled about cancelling my membership after the 6 months was up. None of these additional costs were advertised when I started. I also never received my «free month» because the gym adds it at the end of the contract, meaning that I had already left the state by the time I would have received it. This fact was also not advertised to me when I signed up. In short, I paid a lot of money to learn very little and have a miserable time. Unless you plan to only train with Chris, I recommend you stay away.
