We purchased a french door GE fridge from HH Gregg back in Feb 2015 — we have had nothing but problems with this whole transaction. From the fridge breaking down 2 months later(still not working — dealing with this nightmare with GE– terrible customer service and product — will never but another GE product) to still waiting for 2 rebates — one was for delivery. First the rebate center said mailed the rebate already, then proved they are liars by sending out an expired rebate card. We reached out to HhGregg for assistance since they clearly are aware and still sell these lemons — and we were helped by one employee but unfortunately — one employee by the name of Theresa who was extremely rude and unhelpful — leaves us with a bad taste in our mouth about HH gregg in general. We called and requested help and she acted like it was a huge bother to even answer the phone — she put my husband on hold mid-sentence without even saying she was putting him on hold — not sure who hires people like that for customer service positions. If you value your money and want good customer care stay away from HH Gregg and GE.

This place sells things without serial numbers and unfortunately Georgia is one of the only states where it’s legal to do this so please be careful before deciding on buying and appliances or electronics here.

I was looking for a electric range for some rental property and was doing some price comps and saw a range but it was not on site so we had to pass because we could not wait 2 days for us to pick it up(time is money and don’t mess with mine!) so as we walked around I did see some good deal on TV’s. The salesperson told they will beat prices but did not tell me by how much which is good to know. I will shop here but will come back with a load of flyers and coupons, although they will look up price comps on line at the store for you.

FYI, this review is for their rebate program. I am highly disappointed because I have been waiting for almost 2 months now to hear back on the status of my rebate for the $ 79.99 delivery fee. So I went to go check the status online, and it says that my rebate is invalid because the receipt I had submitted is from a location that is NOT qualified for the program! What the hell?! Just a heads up, if you purchase from this location, you will most likely NOT get that so-called $ 79.99 delivery fee back in a form of a rebate. I’m just angry that we were lied to and the only way you can contact customer service is through email.
