Holiday Inn Express Augusta North

We had an awesome stay here, stayed 3 nights. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok, but kept well stocked

I stood here for a few days. I really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast bar had sausage, bacon, biscuits, scramble eggs and fruits. The room were small but comfty. I didnt get to enjoy the pool. I would recommend this place.

Very nice room — clean, well designed. A basic room (with fridge and microwave) that was a good value for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast (cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, pancakes, bagels, etc.) Would stay there again.

This is my second time staying at this location and it has always been a pleasure. The morning staff has always been nice and the complimentary breakfast is the best. My family and I stay in a Holiday Inn everywhere we go.

Clean, helpful staff. But we were lacking a fridge and microwave which is a standard of this brand. Not a problem if your just staying a night, but a week long trip could be a problem

Excellent service. All of my requests, including warming up my leftovers, were granted with a smile. Very clean and good Wi-​Fi at all hotel sites. Excellent pool with jacuzzi. Breakfast is basic but hits the spot. Was able to print easily from business center. Would def stay here again!

Stopped here in the middle of driving from Delaware to Katy. The reservation process was easy enough over the phone and the rep was very friendly. The building was practically brand new, located right off I-​20. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly, both the night auditor and the morning staff.
The bed was comfortable and each of the pillows were marked «firm» and «soft» on the cases. The tub was a bit small and the curtain didn’t seem to do much as there was a huge puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor after a shower. The laminated TV-​channel guide was a nice touch.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and the probably-​nifty pancake maker was broken, but it held us over. The coffee was very thin, basically brown-​colored water, the orange juice tasted like it came from a machine (it did) and the bottled milk tasted a little funny.
For $ 95 a night and a comfortable bed in the middle of a long-​ass drive, crash here. At least you’re not in South Carolina.

This Holiday Inn is pretty much brand new and well located right off of Washington Road in a cluster with a few other hotels. I’m not sure how often it’s full beyond Masters Week, but it certainly does the job when you need a nice clean bed at the end of a long day.
The rooms are basic but have pretty much anything you’d need. The front desk staff was super nice and they serve a continental breakfast in the AM: nothing super tasty, but a decent spread. I’m a little bummed I never got to see how the fancy pancake maker worked. Most amazing thing? Fast FREE WiFi. I’ve stayed in hotels three times the price that don’t offer this service.
The only problems we had:
–the thermostat in one of our rooms was clearly off and we couldn’t get the temperature above near-​freezing.
–housekeeping came early, before 9am, and we asked them to come back in a few hours while we were gone. We returned to our rooms around 5pm… no housekeeping service. Womp womp.

Well worth the $ 15/​night over the Holiday Inn off Gordon expressway! MUCH nicer rooms and facilities. The staff were friendly and competent. Over my week long stay I can’t say there was anything to complain or even simply advise others about; other than maybe that I wished the room had a mini-​refrigerator, but not really a big deal. At its price range, you get what you would expect.
