Let’s go pro/con with this… PROS: Great atmosphere, low noise level, and you can tell they take pride in the experience. The settings are nicer than your average Chinese restaurant and it makes for a nice, relaxing time. The service was also on point. CONS: While the food tasted okay, it does seem overpriced for what you get. The orange chicken was a bit disappointing when my wife tasted it and you can get a higher quantity elsewhere. While they checked the boxes on many of the things I’m looking for, the food is ultimately what brought it down to three stars for us.

First visit. Very impressed with quality of the food. Here with a party of three — every one had a different dish– all were delicious.

There aren’t many options for delivery around here, and sometimes you’re just lazy/tired/don’t want to go out in bad weather. We ordered from this place and I didn’t have high hopes since it was Chinese food. I mean Chinese food is so salty most times. Food was decent, and delivery was in the time frame. I thought it was a bit pricey, we got decent sized portions, but I wouldn’t say huge. Overall, it was just ok. I would order if I just had a craving or wanted a big meal delivered.

Read reviews on here and believed the hype… but this place mediocre at best. Here’s my critique: 1) Paid the same price as any other Chinese restaurant, but got about half the food. 2) My frozen egg roll was microwave burnt. 3) Chicken and sesame sauce was ok. 4) One scoop of rice, was ok. Will probably not go back, not because it was bad, it is OK. But we have a Chinese place that taste just as good and is closer. Just wanted to give this place a try.

Great and delicious food! A little pricier than the traditional Chinese restaurant but it is definitely worth it! They have excellent food that is fancier than traditional Chinese– including scallops and sea bass. Great service as well!

Been driving past this place for years and finally stopped. Excellent food and a guiet classy place. Prices reasonable and food was excellent. I had the Hot and Sour Soup(I use that personally for rating Chinese food) and it was great! I had the Pad Thai with chicken — excellent. I will be coming again. Next time I will try something from their daily dinner menu. They looked very interesting.

This place definitely has great food. I decided to order from them last night and even though I’m slightly out of their normal area of delivery they still delivered. It took a little over an hour which was exactly what they told me on the phone. When my food arrived it was still hot. I never eat all of my Chinese food but I did last night! My only«dislike» would be that its slightly expensive. All in all I would order from there again.

Excellent food at a good price and appropriate portion! We stopped here for a late lunch and were not disappointed! The area is small but very clean. Has somewhere between 10 – 14 tables, at most. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. I ordered the spicy Kung pao and he ordered the almond chicken with fried rice and egg rolls. Both dishes were tasty! I forgot to ask for no onions but that was my fault. We will be back again the next time we are in the area.

In my opinion Hunan has the best Asian cuisine in the Augusta area. No, it is not cheap eats. I find you get what you pay for. The quality of the food is much greater in comparison to the price. We have had the same waitress each time we have visited. She is kind, courteous and fast. She is very knowledgeable about every item on the menu. No one in my family has ever been disappointed with anything they have ordered. Crab Angels are amazingly delectable. The pot stickers are amazing, practically a meal themselves. My kids love the teriyaki chicken on a stick. I have stolen some off their plate, delicious. I will continue to patronize them as they are by far the best in town.

The food and service may be ok in the restaurant, but DEARGOD don’t try to get it delivered to your house. Whatever system they may have in place to insure timely delivery is SERIOUSLYFLAWED. Our latest purchase for delivery effort resulted in a two hour wait time and then a rude attempt on the part of the managers to duck and cover when the restaurant was confronted with the fact that they had made a grievous error. Here’s a tip for you concerning the operation of a successful business; when a customer is wronged or terribly inconvenienced by your mistake, you own it and you make it right. By doing so you retain your customer’s loyalty instead of loosing that customer permanently.

The owner is extremely friendly and loves to serve the best food she can prepare… We’re vegetarians and she customized so many dishes for us that we were truly amazed. And the food was really delicious! On top of that, she kept the restaurant open late especially for us and we were lucky for it! Would eat here again for sure!

We ordered our meal to be delivered. The food was perfectly cooked and still hot. Meals were delicious and made to order. Best Chinese delivery for an out-of-towner that I have found. Great food. A little highly priced, but delicious and delivery was on time with hot food. Overall, excellent experience.

Yuck, OK first time order out. Egg rolls were good. Wife and I split an order of mongolian beef. Rice was cold, entrée was cold. Beef had the consistency of shoe leather. Was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver less than a mile away. More like an hour and forty-five minutes. And cold, a mile away. Not a good first impression Two stars in generous.

My girlfriend and I ordered takeout from this restaurant. Malaysian kung pao cashew chicken and ginger pork. The flavors were good, but the pork was very overcooked and difficult to eat. Their fried rice was a joke — just stir fried rice with soy sauce… no veggies, egg, or other seasoning at all. Also, it is somewhat expensive for what you get. $ 13 for my overcooked pork dish. Overall, I would say that this place is average, and I would not come here again because there are better«Chinese» food options that are close by.

This is a nice spot for Chinese food in Evans. I always grade a Chinese restaurant by the Chow Mein and this place did a pretty good job. The chicken was nicely cooked and the vegetables were prepared well, the only thing lacking was the bean sprouts(may have been an oversight) and flavor. Maybe a little more soy or 5 spice, I dunno. I also had the General chicken which was excellent. Pot stickers which were great and the broccoli and beef was well made. I will recommend this place :-)

Nice little restaurant. Surprisingly good Chinese food for a place that’s located in a Publix shopping plaza. I thought that it would be one of your typical Chinese take-out places, but the place is set up like a sit-down restaurant with sit-down restaurant quality food. Much, much better than your typical Chinese takeout. I would highly recommend this place, and if you’re a fan of fried rice, go for the Cantonese fried rice… it’s incredible!

I’d rate this more like a 3.5. I got a tofu dish(forget which) and the vegetarian curry. I didn’t think the tofu dish was as good as Sho Chin’s dishes. There wasn’t enough tofu and the overall flavor was underwhelming. My curry dish was pretty good but not nearly as good as the curry I usually get from Thai Kitchen. Portion sizes were okay but, again, not as big as other places I frequent. I did, however, love the spring rolls. They are large and come with a great dipping sauce.
