Probably one of the worse experiences I have had at a restaurant. First, we are a party of 9. The server, Brittany, took our order without writing anything down. She then came back four times to ask different members of the party what they had ordered. We knew from there that our order would be wrong. Three of our orders came out first. We were expecting the others to come out within a couple of minutes, but after 10 minutes we walked up to the server and she stated they are only allowed to put in five orders at a time per party. This was never relayed to us at the beginning. If it had been, we would have been more then happy to abide that. Once we still hadn’t received our other orders, a manager was sought out. Jessica was the manager and she helped some, but made excuses mostly by saying the kitchen was getting hit hard. She never made any mention of the five order policy either. So I’m assuming it’s not true. Also, one our guest has a strawberry allergy and the server, Brittany, still brought her out strawberry yogurt. From wrong orders to terrible service, we will not be returning to this IHOP. I really hope management will look at this review and coach their servers on proper service of handling larger parties and proper service in general. The one good thing about our experience, Jessica did give us a discount on the bill and apologized.

Undercooked bacon! I asked for another piece because it was undercooked. It was weird because she took my bacon back in a napkin. I didn’t think she would bring back THAT piece of bacon! Ok, she put on the microwave and it still wasn’t cooked. Should she have microwaved my bacon? Wasn’t there another piece of bacon at 11am at IHOP? I couldn’t eat my undercooked bacon, so my experience was not good. Now, the rest of the food was good, but you now how something like that messes with you? My stomach started feeling queasy

I called to place a to-go order because it is usually crowded here. I was told it would be ready in 10 mins. I get here 23 mins later I was told my food still wasn’t ready. I noticed there were two bags behind the counter for to go orders so when another customer came in about 10 mins later, they handed him one of those bags. Now I’m pissed and ask about my food again. Come to find out the person that took my order spelled my last name«Bird» not«Byrd»(sounds the same phonetically) and is why I was originally told that my food wasn’t ready and it was sitting behind the counter the entire time. So the manager starts to ring me up as if my food has not been sitting behind the counter for over 30 mins now. Before the manager could finish ringing me up I stopped him and told him I wanted to check the temp of my food since its been sitting there all this time and to no one’s surprise, it wasn’t even room temperature anymore. I told him I didn’t want it and he said«Ok,» put the bag back on the counter and moved on to the next customer. There was no offer to fix the order fresh again, a discount or anything. He just continued on like it was normal which it must be since this restaurant has such poor ratings anyway. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would.

My husband and I just left this location and had such terrible service. Our waitress could have cared less about us and if we needed anything. A different waitress that brought our food out said, «y’all have been sitting for a long time haven’t you»! Why yes we sure had. The waitress we had took almost 10 minutes to even speak to us. The food was done in an appropriate amount of time. Our waitress checked on us 1 time and when we asked for our check and a to go drink that also took FOREVER! I do hope some training happens with Desheena, she surely needs it.

Awful service. Nothing came out like we ordered it. Employees were extremely unprofessional. Smoking right outside the entrance of the restaurant, for pregnant women or people with children that’s extremely disgusting and disrespectful. This manager needs to do something about this restaurant, it needs to be shut down.

Will never go back here. Service was horrible, ran out of real bacon and tried to add a piece of turkey bacon, my food came out 20 minutes after my wife’s food because they messed up my order, there was an employee smoking in front of the entrance blowing smoke in my pregnant wife’s direction smh. Please do not give them your business

Let me describe what an utter, awful sh1t hole this dump is. We walk in about 4:15 pm and there is a cook cussing loudly outside, we walk in and there’s a waitress with her 6 little kids just all over the front foyer area pulling out menus and stuff. No hostess, no managers, no one to greet us or seat us. One of the waitress’s casually asks if she should sit us. Disgusting. Putrid. you could feel how sticky everything was just walking in the place. We left immediately. DONOTEVERCOMEHERE! RUNAWAY! ITSABSOLUTELYFUCKINGDISGUSTING

I ve been to IHOP restaurants in many cities. but this is just too horrible service and POORQUALITYOFFOOD with oil everywhere. I didn’t eat the food and would never go back. I would recommemd this IHOP to be closed to save the reputation of the other good IHOPs.

Do not come here because the good isn’t properly prepared and the staff seem very confused with what their job is. It took at least 10 minutes to be be asked if we wanted anything to drink and another 10 minutes to get the wrong drink orders. Food was finally served well over 30 minutes from ordering and was cold because it was sitting out waiting to be served. Management needs to have more involvement with the customers to be able to address their issues with service and food. I enjoy IHOP, but won’t be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

I don’t get to dine at IHOP often but I enjoy it each time I do. This IHOP is the only one in the area because the other one that was closer to me was bought by the Masters and demolished. I really love their strawberry pancakes. I remember as a child my grandmother would gather all the grandchildren on Saturday mornings and take us to IHOP! I loved the smiley face pancakes too and the different types of syrup you can put on them. To this day they still have great pancakes. The staff is somewhat helpful. I remember the last time I dined here the service was very slow and the waiter couldn’t get everybody’s orders right. He kept sending our food to the wrong table, and he was nowhere to be found when it was time for refills and paying the bill. But other than that the service and the food is good.

If I keep going to IHOP eventually I will become the King of IHOP or really LARGE!!! This place was delicious. My tips were perfect. The service was great.
