Was shopping around for platinum bands for myself and my hubby and went to nearly every jeweler in the area to compare prices and make sure we got a good deal on exactly what we wanted. Jared by far had the best customer service of all of the jewelers. Compared to the other big name jewelers, they also had the best prices. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and never left us waiting in the store for help or took too long to call us back. 4 stars because we only got one of the bands there, the 2 mm. We got a better deal at a small place in Charleston our family knows for his 6 mm band.
