I lived at Rive Suite for 8 months. It’s a quite serene place right at the river and less than 10 minute drive to downtown Augusta. The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable king size bed and a spacious bed room. The apartment also has a pull out couch in the living room. The place is clean and well decorated and gives a peaceful vibe. I enjoyed the porch which has river views. The lawn and salt water pool are well taken care of. The landlord is very approachable and ready to help. I was lucky to find this place and live in this beautiful place.

My wife and I rented the house for about a year in 2013 while I was working on a contract nearby. We saw it online and took it sight unseen because where else can you live right on the river yet so conveniently located.
We loved waking up and seeing the river in its different shades of light and from almost anywhere in the house.
We also loved cooling off in the salt water pool, kayaking and paddle boarding from our own dock, the privacy, burning fires in the hanging fireplace.
The owner was also very accommodating and a delight.
