A great place to get good cuts and I am going to be honest with you. If you ask for chicken backs or hocks they will know what you are talking about. The people that work there are nice and down to earth. In this area if I ask for boudin and they know what I am talking about it gives you that home feeling and not the look of «What you talking about Willis?». Don’t expect to go there and find cuts of Kobe or wagyu beef because this is an old school neighborhood butcher shop. If you looking for a deal for your family grilling or cook out this is a definite stop.
