This Kroger has bad rep. But the few times I’ve gone the staff were super friendly and great service. The customers, well that’s another story. But still better going here than to Wal-Mart anywhere.
Convenient location when you are out and about, and Kroger is good brand. They aren’t Publix but good enough :)

AMBIENCE — C — the atmosphere feels like a run down grocery store from the 80’s…
SERVICE — D– — they where shirts saying «customer 1^st» but do they believe it? No smiles/thanks… the customer service desk is overwhelmed and always a long wait line when I’ve passed through while shopping… one day I had to wait 25 mins. and I was 4^th in line. I finally gave up and walked out.
Also, when asked about their special sales i.e. «10 for 10» — the several reps. and mgrs. I asked themselves don’t the right answers and have varied responses.
PRICE — D — even with the sales — for the experience to shop here — not worth it!

Skip this one! Drive the few extra minutes for the Washington Rd Kroger. Seriously, go anywhere else, just not the 15^th St Kroger!
