The fact that they called this place an urgent care center is a JOKE! Friday I came in for a pre employment drug screen. I came in before 3 pm, but the nurses in the check in area have their clocked turned 15 minutes fast. They told me I was too late for the day. Instructed me to come back at 745am Monday. Showed up at 740. It is almost 840 now and I am still waiting for a pre employment drug screen. There are 10 – 15 other people waiting in the room with me. Not one person has been called back to see a dr or nurse. This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time!

I waited 3 hrs in the nearly empty waiting room. When I finally was called back to the treatment area, I waited another 45 minutes until I left unseen! There are too many other «urgent care» clinics in the area for you to waste your time with these clowns! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

This clinic is absolutely horrible I’m actually writing this from inside the clinic right now. It is now 4:55. I’m here simply attempting to get a medication refill for my spinal fracture. We called ahead this morning and we’re told to arrive at 1:00 to «avoid a long wait» we waited for 3 hrs were taken back about an hour ago at 4:00. The MA taking my vitals not only paused to criticize HOW I hurt my back but took the time to chit chat with every coworker passing by about her grandmother or recent high school graduations. I was finally roomed at 4:20 and guess what… I’m STILL waiting!!! Keep in mind this was for a simple meds refill AND there were only 3 patients in the waiting room when we arrived one of which was leaving.
