McDonald’s

This McDonalds reaffirms every stereotype about McDonalds. Half the time I come here, they are open at 5:30 AM and half the time they’re not (same days of the week). The times that they are open, the staff looks like they’re literally being forced to work there. No smiles, no «thank you, have a nice day,» no nothing. This morning, the hoodrat who took my order through the drive through literally said «what’s your order» and that was the only words that came out of her mouth during our entire interaction. I’m literally not sure if she knew her numbers or not, but she didn’t tell me my total, just took my money, handed me my change and went back to staring at whatever she was staring at before.
If you want breakfast, just go to the Bojangles across the street where the drive through people will at least say thank you.

This McDonald’s is closest to my home. I come here mostly during the day because this is not a 24 hours location. They open a little later in the morning at 7:30am. They lose business there because some surrounding restaurants open at 5:00am. I’m not sure what time they close here because when I pass by during the evening they are usually always closed. I normally don’t have a problem with this location, everything is ran smoothly. There was one time some years ago when I was upset about my service. I was at the second window about to receive my food and a fight broke out outside of the building. The employee who was working the drive-​thru, ran from behind the counter and out the door to see the fight!!! I was beyond upset!!! I went off on that young girl!!! That was soooo unacceptable on so many levels!!! Some young people don’t realize that professionalism goes a long way in the world today!!! This McDonald’s also received a facelift recently and it looks pretty good, and the place is always clean when I dine here. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Not one of the friendlier or quicker service McDonald’s. They do their best to keep the dining room and bathrooms clean considering the high volume hospital area and local vagrants loitering the property.
However, they did make sure I got hot fries.

Noticed that they up-​charged me for a medium drink when I bought the big mac meal deal. This was on my receipt. If I buy the meal deal surely its included right ?!! Normal ok McDonalds.

Worst McDonald’s in Augusta, maybe in the world. It has been voted the worst of Augusta in the «Augusta Magazine» and i found out why. The staff is slow, rude, and the food is cold. I have waited 45 minutes for a burger here. Why I ate here twice i will never know. What is amazing, the best McDonald’s I have ever ate at is only a block from here, inside the MCG children’s hospital first floor!

I went through the drive thru, but I was pleased by the way the man talked in the speaker and didnt ask for me to repeat anything! The line kept moving and it was fairly quick, if you ever want a McDonalds near MCG Healthcare you would not be disapointed by going to this one

The manager provided a response (which let me know she did not thoroughly understand my complaint). But she did send me $ 5 GC in the mail which means she comped my original meal. Since she did at least try to redeem herself I posted this update.
