The drive through is so slow, which is strange because they have tons of staff just standing around doing nothing. Also they made my quarter pounder right one out of 5 times. This has to be the worst in the csr

Not a fan of McDonald’s in general just because it’s so pervasive, but this one takes the cake for being awful! Their lunch service is fast, but you better check your order or you may end up very disappointed. The restrooms aren’t clean, breakfast service is slow as molasses, and last weekend when I came here with my mom and my toddler we waited over 15 minutes for our order only to receive a breakfast sandwich that literally still had ice crystals on it from the freezer. Queue another 7 minute wait before we received a thawed yet still cold sandwich. We went to Krispy Kreme next door instead, my 2 year old was disappointed that it wasn’t eggs but I think the sprinkles helped alleviate some of that for her. Don’t go here expecting a decent meal, and definitely don’t go if you’re on a time crunch. Diet Coke and the playground are about all they’re good for at this location, take your appetite elsewhere.

Poor service. Asked me to pull past the window in the drive thru to wait for my order. There is no room to do that so that the people behind you can get around you.
