I originally posted a very negative review. The owner contacted me, and admitted that more info probably should have been on my invoice to help prevent misunderstanding(I live out of town– it was a rental property). I should have contacted him to get his side of the story, before posting the review. He was very professional, and seems like just a really good guy. He cares about customer satisfaction, and even offered me a full refund. After learning what actually had been done, I declined the refund(the charges seemed justified and appropriate). What more could you ask for? I’m glad we settled the matter. I will have no problem at all calling this business in the future, if I need work done. The owner impresses me as a very good(and honest) man.
