This is Mister’s favorite pedicure spot. We usually come here for pedis by Tammy(the new mother). They are usually very busy. I have gotten my brows waxed here on a few occasions and I have no complaints. I’ve never had a bad experience here so I’ll definitely be back.

Went in for a gel color polish change and a pedi. They were nice at first. Because I was in a hurry I opted from the manicure to just the polish change. They tried multiple time to up sell to a manicure(as most places do) but I declined. After that they weren’t very nice, not in attitude per day but in their work. He shaped my nails half assed and painted very sloppy. You could see the brush strokes on my nails. And on some Nails the first edges were left unpainted and it was noticeable. And polish change and standard pedicure was $ 40. Only reasons they get 2 stars was bc a few of my nails came out entirely painted and nice. –____-Will not be coming back.

I have been doing business with this shop since 2002. When dealing with this type of establishment, it’s always best to build a rapport with the staff. You have to shop around for the best person within the organization, to fullfil YOUR expectations. Ryan, is my go-to-guy for gel nails. He is always pleasant and accommodating. Be sure to gauge their busy time of day and be mindful of holidays. Remember this nail shop is located in the Augusta Mall. «Patience is a virtue»

I’m not sure if I want to come back to this place. Not only was it busy but they were clearly understaffed; the place seemed a bit dirty with used towels on the manicure tables and hand washing area. I decided to get both a French manicure and pedicure and it felt like the manicure part was rushed. The guy that did my manicure seemed polite but he kept switching back and forth between me and this other girl next to me so I had to wait for awhile. Plus my manicure came out pretty sloppy and I wasn’t too happy about it. Then I was ushered to the pedicure chair and waited almost 30 minutes to be seen. My feet were soaking for that long and when I was finally seen, they felt really dry and wrinkly. Another guy worked on my feet and he took his time and did a better job. For everything, I had paid $ 36.00 not including the tip. Seemed a little more than what I usually pay at other salons. And I also didn’t enjoy watching people getting their face waxed right in front of me. Awkward!

They do an excellent job on eyebrow waxes and eyelashes. They use the individual cluster eyelashes which usually lasts for 3 – 4 weeks. Not bad for $ 30. Pedicures are ok. Go on a non-busy day to get more individualized service.
