ALMOST A 3-Star, just not quite. The only thing they need to do better — and move up to A-OKAY 3 star status is make it easier to check out when you have found your stuff on your own. There are never enough cashiers on hand. I have gone there dozens of times and been a little annoyed by the quickness of the cashiers. Once you get to the cashier, they are very good. But it seems like a prolonged wait to get checked out because there are not enough lines open, or a fairly long line at the one that is. They are a good staff, but my instinct is that they are under-staffed. The folks there do a good job for you when you get your turn. The UPS part is pretty convenient. They seem to be quicker at serving than the rest of the operation. The store is generally clean and neatly organized. Their prices are competitive.

We went here looking for office supplies and there is just something sad about this store that I cant put my finger on. As soon as I walked in I just wanted to walk out. We found our items ok and looked at some desks and they were expensive yet cheaply made. There seemed to be a lot of empty shelf space where items use to be and it seemed a lot of their demo pieces no longer worked.

The good — you can send packages thru the US Postal service from here, which is great, because the hours are much better than any post office out there and the line is much smaller. I’ve done this three times. The first two were with knowledgeable, pleasant employees. The bad — the third time I wanted to mail a package, I was the only customer there, but when I went up to the counter, the manager and an employee were engaged in office gossip and pretended not to see me. I had to interrupt them, after which they acted like I was an annoyance they had to deal with and quickly went back to complaining about their coworkers while they«assisted» me.
