This location has been open for longer than 20 years. Best pizza is the thin crust — less crust and more toppings! Have never gotten a bad meal here. The buffet at lunch is a great deal — could be kept full and the salad bar freshly tossed a little more but overall a good lunch. Have never had a delivery from here as we live outside the area but have gotten pizza to go and picked it up. Always a good idea to heat it a little more when you get home as it will cool off as that is the nature of hot food. Patrons tend to treat the wait staff like crap even though they are doing a great job. Saw a few tables that didn’t tip the wait staff even though the staff was attentive and kind. That is just crappy. Always tip your wait staff and let them know how they did!

I have ordered from this location about five times in my three months in Augusta and now that I am moving I have done it for the last time. They consistently do not have items on their menu stocked. I do get a phone call and a refund after ordering something for which they cannot provide. I have received a burnt pizza, a cold pizza, and items missing from my order for which I have been charged and not refunded. I am a big time pizza hut fan but not of this location.

It’s your average pizza hut. It was just okay. I’m really not a fan of stuffed crust, and ours was floppy and greasy. But our waitress was attentive and proactive.

Pizza Hut delivered! This location had great customer service.
We ordered take out Personal Cheese and BBQ pizzas. These were truly not the gross pizzas we remembered of our child hood. These pizzas were DELICIOUS! We also ordered the Chicken Alfredo with breadsticks. Again, best one I have had in a while. I will stop here again on my next trip to Maine!
