Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Spent $ 1,200 dollars on three phones there, (iphone, Samsun and HTC). All were improperly provisioned, I emphatically stated I wanted to buy all my phones cash, no contracts, period. I just spent a decade in China where one can buy any SIM card and any phone anywhere. So, the clerk sold me a Samsung Galaxy II that, unbelievably, has no SIM card. It is LOCKED to T-​Mobile. So, when I discovered this and attempted to return this to the Land O Lakes Florida outlet, they basically told me tough luck. I wound up putting the damn thing in a box and buying another at Wal-​Mart, with a SIM.
Deceptive, unresponsive, uncaring, and incompetent. I’ll never shop there again. And no other outlet could help, although one poor fellow did try solve the completely screwed up billing and provisioning situation, As far as the fraudulent sale, no luck.

No BNC to N-​type connectors here. ;(Unfamiliar, uninformed, unknowledgeable staff in all things to do with electronics, testing and wiring. I was very sad that they had no clue what I was talking about. The store also has a limited selection. Cell phones, toys and plain old telephone systems parts are sold here and that is all. If you have a real electronic need go online or to Radioshack in Atlanta.
