Bought a play system on 03/​18, it was installed later than told many times, 04/​20, installed horribly… Missing pieces, broken pieces, dozens of screws sticking out other side to be able to inflict wounds with pointed tip, not level, etc.
After many weeks I was finally able to get the set removed and a new one installed… On 05⁄20. Second set so far is great but the whole experience was horrible.
Product seems good but I caution you to be patient (because they aren’t in a hurry) and PAY ATTENTION to the installation if they install it for you. If you have the option, have SEAN install it for you. He took his time and did an incredible job.
Do a serious check before letting them leave — PLAY on the system inspect everything screw head, every board, etc.

Service was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of options for games and playgrounds. Prices are high, but the quality is good.

We called these guys to move an olé hausen pool table and refelt so that we could recarpet a game room. Unfortunately, they are the only people we could find to do it in the area. The ONLY reason they even have a three star rating is because of the guys who actually came and did the work. They were great and did a nice job, but the guy they work for, Mike, is a real peace of work. He doesn’t return calls, tries to reschedule at the last minute after you have already rearranged you work schedule, doesn’t have any felt samples on hand except for one color that they carry, and the price changes every time you talk to him. If he didn’t have such good people working for him I would never recommend him. I would never purchase a $ 1000+ play system from this guy. He needs to get his act together.
