I really like this hotel and its amenities. It’s within walking distance of the new Whole Foods which is convenient. The staff is really friendly and they do a great job to make you feel at home. The breakfast and dinner offerings are better than most hotels. I don’t own any golf ball bats but if I did, I’d go try out the putting green in the back. The only thing I’m not happy about is the internet speed. 1.2mbps is the average speed which is useless if you have work documents to download. I spend several hours a week at the Starbucks downloading blueprints when I could be relaxing in my room. In their defense, every hotel I’ve stayed at in the Augusta area has sub-par internet services.

Rooms are awesome! Large, comfy, TV in living room and bedroom. Plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc.. all in the room. Free laundry is a plus, a couple machines were broken but they fixed one and replaced the other with a new one in a couple days. Breakfast buffet is nice, but gets old after a week. The socials are hit and miss on the food side, saves you some money… Free drinks are a plus. Value wise, this place is 5 stars. Service wise, is mostly a 4, but there are a few staff members that could do better. Saying all that, I would definitely stay again. The one minus is no pool, but I knew that coming in. I would add one on their next renovation.

Staying here while on orders. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again. The staff has treated me like family.

I had to travel to Augusta for work and made a reservation at this hotel. After working a 14 hour day, I arrived at the hotel to check in, only to be told that they had overbooked themselves for that night/had made a reservation for me at the Ramada Inn down the road. The Ramada is not nearly as nice and since I booked through a third party website I still had to pay the Staybridge Suites rate(which was roughly twice as much as the Ramada for that night). Jerks.

Their pet policy is a bit over the top so if you are staying for the benefit of your pets, stay elsewhere. They require all shot records, and it is $ 125 a night which is more than you will pay for each night in just the room rate! The staff was incredibly rude at the front desk and the entire hotel area was not in good condition. The landscaping needed to be attended to, there were bags of trash out for days that were not placed in the dumpster, and dog poop all over the grass. I usually love Staybridge and this hotel ruined my overall impression of the chain. I will never travel with my dog to this chain as they are far from pet friendly. I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone. It is not in a good location, not very clean and just an overall disappointment.

Stayed here for three month when I was on a contract job. Friendly staff, great room cleaning crew. But don’t let them put you on the side of the building that has the outdoor game area. 2 or 3 am in the morning drunks are out there playing games and when you call they say there is nothing they can do about it. Good free food during the week including breakfast and a evening food bar with things like tacos. Terrible wi-fi in the rooms.
