Sunbusters Window Tinting & Customizing

Made an appointment and was told it would take about an hour. When we came back an hour later the car was still parked out front and hadn’t even been started. Then they said they were about to pull it back when we wanted the keys back.

Absolutely terrible. They scheduled me the day before, told me it would take 45 minutes to do one window, I ended up waiting over 3 hours. The people who run it are just rude also.

My tints had bubbles in them that would not clear, so my whole car has to be redone. Additionally, my back windows stopped working, so when I took them into the dealership, the dealership charged me $ 250.00 for «after market work.» They said, «when you got the tints done, the people did not re-​install your window seals.»
My hubby called the dealership and reported to problem. At first, my hubby tried to reach the owners to discuss the problem, but the owners refused to pay for the damage. My husband has tried to get in touch with them on various occasions, but they are always busy, or they always seem to come down with the «flu.» Finally, they agreed to pay for only half of the damage. They couldn’t even refund me the money and asked me to wait over two weeks! I still have not received the money.
I took my car in again yesterday to get the bubbles out because they had to order the tint. I dropped the car off in the afternoon. They finally called at 7:30 pm and said they couldn’t get the work done so they would need to keep it overnight, or for me to drop it off the next day. Well, they called this morning asking if they could have the day off, so the owner can spend time with his family and asked me to pick up my car sometime on Monday. Well, what about my family? What about going to work? What about not having a car for two days? When does tinting ever take two days???
It is 4:00 pm and I have still not heard from them. I am going to head over there now with my husband and hope someone is there. This is by far the WORST business ever with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give negative starts for this business I would. Anyone looking for a tinting business, STAY AWAY!!!

The rep was extremely helpful. He went to great lengths to ensure we understood the differences in shades of tint as well as the other films available. The rep even allowed us to look inside of his personal vehicle so we had a better understanding of the tint shade we chose. I would recommend Sunbusters to anyone who asks me about window tinting.
Go with the ceramic film. It costs a bit more but you get a lifetime warranty and it cuts the heat inside the vehicle drastically.
