I love this store! The store manager is fantastic, Knows me so well she is able to pick out clothes for me!

I don’t hate this store, however their customer service is pretty annoying. The employees hound you from the moment you enter the store. Their tactics are obvious. They throw you into a dressing room and hoard clothes at you. «This is our style, this is how you’re supposed to dress. Here’s 11 shirts to try on with those jeans, oh and here are 8 overpriced necklaces you aren’t going to like.» If you’re the type of shopper who already knows what you’re shopping for, you’ll find that these selling methods get old REALLY fast. They don’t allow you a chance to breath, much less think. The female employees act flirty to sell more to dudes, and vice-​versa.
The one good thing I’ll say about Buckle, is that they offer a 10% military discount. Their jeans are designer jeans, and they’re decent quality. However, I prefer my American Eagle jeans over my expensive Buckle jeans. Buckle is almost too faddish in my opinion…
