Tires Plus

I set an appointment online and was called to be told the appointment time was not available so don’t count on that time being a possibility as I heard them call others to reschedule times set online while I was there. They have a guarantee of new tires scheduled online should take 59 minutes or you get $ 59 and an oil change for free. My TWO tires took an hour and 40 minutes. I received the $ 59 after speaking to the manager but not an oil change: not sure I would have wanted it anyway due to how long it took and the individuals I talked to that spoke down to me and acted as if my wait was nothing. They told me I needed engine air filter, cabin air filter (both costing more than the original dealership prices: and I had just taken my car to the dealership one week previously for an oil change and they told me I needed one but not the other that was more expensive) as well as an alignment. After the alignment, and having them move the tires they just put on since they put them opposite of what front wheel drive should be put, I had been there over 2 and a half hours. The manager was nice after realizing I had scheduled an online appointment but I was very underwhelmed with his staff. I cancelled my boyfriend’s alignment appointment for that afternoon because we were not going to have hours to wait on it and I refused to deal with those individuals again.
I’ll never use them again! Oh and prepare yourself for your email address being filled with spam advertising emails. I’ve been unsubscribing from stuff every day, at least 3 times a day since putting my email in online.

Sunday evening on I20, just outside Augusta, I hit some road debris and damaged both tires on the passenger side of my car. Being on my way from Atlanta to Raleigh, I knew I couldn’t make the rest of my journey on a donut spare and a bulging and obviously dangerously damaged tire.
Spent the night in Augusta (that’s another check in and another review) and then pulled into Tires Plus at 8:00am Monday morning.
John was very helpful and professional. In no time at all my car was on the lift being worked on. They also checked the alignment after putting two new Bridgestones on. It was a bad situation and an unexpected expense, but John and the rest of the crew helped make the best of it. By 9:00am I was on the road.
Very satisfied customer! Even the coffee in their waiting room was decent ;)

Make an appointment. 30 minute oil change is very convenient. They asked and gave cost quotes before doing any additional work on the vehicle. Very nice customer service.

Danny provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. My tires were replaced in a timely manner and the boys here even dropped me off at the Y across the street so I could relax while they worked on my car! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new tire.

These guys never have time to do an oil change.
