Oh yes, this is a wonderful little find for my doggy friend. I’m so glad I took the advice of a neighbor and took a look at this place for Call of the Wild dog food and awesome doggy related items. It’s not fancy and it’s not made for fru fru little dogs but just like the national pet stores, they let you bring your dog in and have treats for them at the checkout counter.
This is the only place I could find for miles that had doggy igloos and thick rubber tubs that the dog wouldn’t rip and pop in minutes. I also found some industrial strength horse toys that worked great with larger dogs and lasted a lot longer than the squeaky toys from PetSmart.
Being a girl that’s only lived in giant cities, walking through TSC gets me out of my comfort zone with the DIckies and Carhart overalls, the camo t-​shirts, and tools with names I didn’t know existed. I got to learn the difference between straw and hay because of the advice of a lovely fellow shopper and the right conditions for growing chickens and ducks as well. (By the way, they sell baby ducks here but you have to buy them in pairs.) Not only do I walk away with a happy healthy dog, I learn a little bit more with each visit.

The store doesnt seem to be much to look at but it is a really good store. they have so much in there that it is hard to describe all that is there. They carry some dickie and carrhart stuff along with some boots and hats. They carry pet food. They also carry alot of hard to find bolts and connectors for much cheaper than your standard hardware stores. Another thing to know is that they fill PROPANE. They are open every day and they are open to 8pm. They charge by what propane they put into the tank as opposed to a «fill» charge. if your propane tank is totally empty it will only cost you $ 11.80 to get it filled. that is CHEAP and you are getting a full cylinder as opposed to the at best ¾ full cylinders that you swap at gas stations.

I don’t often need tractor-​y type stuff, but I love that Tractor Supply hosts Happy Tails adoption events on the weekends! For that, I will try to find reasons to shop here in the future & give them my support.
