Decent place. Came here with my girlfriend to upgrade her phone. They need to hire more people, waited 20 plus minutes to be assisted. Once we did out agent LaTiscia was helpful but not as energetic as most people in sales. The manager seemed to really enjoy his job. He loves throwing his phone across the room to promote a certain case and does so all say long is what we were told. Overall three stars, great product, ok customer service by an understaffed location.

Came in to start up service as a new customer and we got great service. The store is well laid-out with demo phones and knowledgeable staff everywhere to help out.

Soooo my Blackberry went for a swim thanks to my neglecting to close the sport-top on my water bottle and throwing it in my bag… The screen faded, then went dark… forever. Uggg. Called mom using the roomie’s phone and she said she’d skip over to the local Verizon Wireless in our hometown and see what the dealio was with getting me a new phone. She called the roomie’s phone back saying that they would take my brother’s extra Blackberry, clean it up, update it, reset with my number and fedex it to me THATDAY. The cost? NOTHING. Thank goodness for there still being great customer service out there… and a very helpful mommy.
