I came in for a screen protector and was out with it installed in less than 10 minutes.

Thy have the worst customer service!!! I have gone in three times and had to walk out because of how bad it was. The one off of Washington road is so much better! I will never go back to this location again.

Terrible customer service. Worst I’ve ever had with any business. Called the 1 – 800 number and explained the situation and they ended up talking to the problem employees and taking down their name and employee numbers, it was that bad. This location should be ashamed of its employees.
It would be worth it to just drive to the North Augusta Verizon store.
