Wingstop

My boyfriend placed an order to go and we arrived 30 min later to pick it up. They hadn’t even started making his order. After he stood in line and they realized this they had him wait for 30 – 45 min for his order. People who arrived after him left before he got his order. Unreal.

This is my first visit to this location and this is the first time I have been disappointed by Wingstop. I came in to place a to go order. Obviously someone had a friend visiting. I was trying to make my order but this person was yelling back to the kitchen making it nearly impossible to make the order. What didn’t help was the fact the person running the register was being short because obviously she wanted to interact with this person. I got some garlic parmesan wings and their atomic wings. I also got an order of cheese fries. So I proceeded to sit and wait patiently. Then I began to become upset as the entire staff was out front interacting with this person instead of doing their jobs. Then I observed the staff allowing this person to answer «the call in order phone» and then put the person on hold. I can only assume one of the people their would be a manager and I am floored that would be allowed to go on. I finally got my order and left. I know I should have checked the bag but I didn’t. The cheese fries were missing the cheese. The parmesan wings were good but the atomic wings were not right. Atomic should have tons of flavor and be hot enough to make me sweat. Well either the wrong sauce was used, or I suspect they watered the sauce down. I was very disappointed.
I love Wingstop but I cannot recommend this location from the behavior of the staff, the longer than normal wait and my order being incorrectly made

Wingstop in Daniel Village is a great place to go and pick up some good wings quick. The staff is great at getting food cooked and ready for customers in a short amount of time.

Amazing wings! By far my favorite place to order wings. Oh and there are famous you’ll either totally love them or totally hate them. The have been nicknamed «Crack fries» because if you love them you’ll want more!

The fries I ordered were opposite from what the other reviewers said. instead of them being super salty, mine were salt. I’m assuming that is part of their fry seasoning? We ordered cheese sauce was alright. The Originial Hot wings tasted sweet to me a little, but the Louisiana Rub was excellent. I would order the Louisiana Rub again. They have ok service here. The woman who too my order was nice, but the other woman who gave us my order didn’t seem to be too happy. They told us our order would be ready in 14 minutes but it took maybe 25. The pricing here is alright, not super expensive nor cheap.

Me and my friend came in and waited about 10 minutes to order our food and then we waited another 30 to actually get our food. Mine came out first and I was able to finish it before my friend even got his. He was then offered a free sauce and he asked for a sauce and a cookie. The girl told him he could choose one or the other, not both. The service here is horrible. I also heard an employee use foul language to a call in customer over the phone.

What more can I say this place has the best wings I love them they always have good customer service. I have tried all flavor of wings my favorite being lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Louisiana rub and hot. Caution if you attempt to try the atomic be ware it’s really really really hot!

Grabbed a 10-​wing special ($ 9.99) for dinner tonight, which comes with fries and a drink. I’ll lay this out quickly…
— Their branding is well designed. It’s the best thing I saw tonight.
— I got medium wing sauce and BBQ as my flavors (you can have two) on probably some of the smallest wings /​drumets I’ve ever seen. Pigmy chickens, they served tonight. I’m hopeful this was an outlier.
— BBQ sauce was plentiful … perhaps too much.
— Medium wing sauce was nearly non-​existent
— Fries were SALTY AS HELL.
Overpriced. I got chicken pieces with less meat than my fingers and it left me wanting. You’re better off going to BWW. For the $ 11 I paid I could’ve gotten some celery, two more wings and a full stomach.

Wingstop ROCKS!!!

Loved this place price is right and have the atomic wings that are the best hot wings ever. Only downfall is that I’ve ordered thier rolls twice (seperate occasions) and they have been burned on the bottom.

I love hotwings. I’ve been to WingStop, Wild Wing Café, and Buffalo Wild Wings, and I have yet to taste a hotwing that is better than WingStop. WingStops hot wings are great, I personally enjoy the traditional Hot sauce, the Cajun are great as well.
OMG their fries are amazing, best fries I’ve ever had.

My BBQ wings were good. The fries are tasty but super salty.
My coworkers who got the cajun wings said they were too hot. I don’t know of such a thing but I’m putting this out there for anyone who is thinking of getting these. Apparently they are hotter than the «medium.»
You may think it’s fast food but your order will probably take 15 to 20 minutes.

Why do the fries taste sooo good here?! I’m pretty sure crack is one of their ingredients for their fresh cut seasoned fries! They were absolutely addicting!!! Not too salty with a hint of sweetness!!! Yummy!
As for their wings… OMG!!! It’s exactly what I wanted and more! They were the perfect size and cooked to the perfect crispiness! I went to Hooters after eating these wings and all I was thinking about was WingStop… I felt like I started a relationship with this place!
The sauces that I tried was Hawaiian and Hickory BBQ and i was completely satisfied with my decision! I probably won’t come back here until I’m ready to head back up east… It’s just sooooo good that I know it’s capable of me gaining an easy 15 – 20 pounds! haha Wingstop is a DEF MUST TRY and the type of place you put in your speed dial!
Also, the staff was friendly and patient!
