The list of issues I’ve had with this apartment complex is ongoing. I had to deal with fleas left by the previous owner which took them 2 months to resolve. My a/c didn’t work when I first arrived. My heater continues to stop working every couple of days and it gets freezing inside my apartment. My oven has been doing the same thing. I also have had inconsistent water temperatures while here. I don’t understand what the point of paying rent is if half of the things I’m paying for are constantly broken. Maintenance is inconsistent. Living here has been enraging, I’m at their office complaining at least biweekly. It’s absurd. On top of all of these issues, the walls are paper thin. I can here my upstairs neighbor taking a piss. It’s gross. I can even hear is phone vibrating at 6 am. Stay far away from here and warn those you care about. Or send your enemies here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I have had no hot water more than once and this week it has spanned a whole week. What’s the solution you say? Well it’s definitely not hot water. Or another apartment to use hot water, or any solution at all. I get no hot water. Oh yeah, by the way it’s the middle of winter.
But, if you like taking a bath like you’re in a third world country or the Victorian era, this place is for you. My shower head has been broken twice. Should I bother asking for it to be fixed?
You’re better off being homeless than living here.

Pool, gym, and ponds are the only upside to this complex. The price is decent but the unit we are renting had a layer of dust on the carpet. They didn’t bother vacuuming. Upon signing we went and viewed the unit and there was more wrong. Wasps nests, broken windows, broken stove fan, now finally, this is our third day living in our new place and there’s a huge infestation of cockroaches here. Kind of curious to see what they’ll do in the morning once I call.
Update: they did nothing. We pay for hot water and it’s broken. Doesn’t ever work. We’ve been here two months and head gunshots multiple times at odd hours of the day. It’s right next to the train tracks too. I am literally surrendering my deposit to leave I am so done with this place DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT. There is duck feces all over the property, the people at the office are rude and pretentious and the rent is a rip off. Run away as fast as you can!!!

It’s comparatively inexpensive, especially if you’re splitting a ²⁄₂ with a roommate. Parking is never an issue and there is a pool. It’s within walking distance to a 24-hour Walmart and a Kroger (if those are things that are important to you).
On the other hand, it’s deafeningly close to the train track, particularly the units to the rear. Also, management is somewhat slower than desirable in responding to maintenance issues. As a pet peeve (no pun intended), the ducks get in the way of traffic some times.
