Ordered a ten piece boneless wing, and was very disappointed. The«wings» were tiny. It looked like they took 2 or 3 chicken fingers and cut them into a «10 piece boneless wing» for $ 8.00. The food is usually good but it is very inconsistent.

This is one of my go-to sites for a quick lunch. I typically grab one of their salad offerings so as to be as healthy as possible. The drive thru is normally very quick and efficient. Just be aware that often during lunch there can quite a backup in both the drive through and inside the restaurant. The staff at this location is extremely nice and respectful. The food is always cooked well and very tasty. Definitely worth a stop in if you’re looking for a quick, tasty lunch that includes chicken.

It’s fast food, so maybe I shouldn’t expect too much anyway. I’ve never been to Zaxby’s before, but I won’t be rushing back any time soon. Salad was ok, but how do you serve Cobb salad without avocado? It’s kind of the point. Other ingredients seemed fresh enough, but the hard boiled eggs were a bit rubbery. The other item was cajun chicken sandwich, which was just ok. Fries were large n meaty, onion rings were pretty greasy.

Not a big fan of this fast food joint anymore. Seems more than likely that their batter for tenders is always to salty. And it’s becoming boring in flavor.

We all have shared Mike k’ s(review below) frustration one time or a hundred in our effort to avoid waiting that extra three minutes for fast food. Well probably not most of us, after all it is fast food. Tonight, after being ambushed by the rarest of maladies, that being the craving for foliage, I decided on Zaxaby’s. House salad with grilled chicken(A first, I usually prefer fried) with a generous topping of vinergarette, 4 packs to be exact. Since I am momentarily layed flat from a 5 hour old ankle injury my brother volunteered to swing by and pick up my dinner,(An event to rare to calculate). He then pulled a M B K on me, not to be confused with Mike K, though he was the inspiration for the acronym. I was asked to call in the order adding his large wings and things topped by insane, I was informed atomic was off the menu. I briefly ridiculed the idea, but knowing my brother and his lack of patience with fast food restaurants I agreed. I Unilocaled the # for the location on Walton Way and as usual skimmed the reviews. Mikes review caught my attention because I mistook him briefly for my younger, social tech savy brother. With no further thought I called my order in, frankly I was unsure if they took to go orders. Knowing my middle born brothers pants contained a colony of ants I hurriedly called. My call was answered by an energectic young black male named Deshay. He was polite, professional, articulate, responsive and thorough in our 3 minute conversation(there went my 3 minute savings). Honestly I was so taken a back by the brief interaction that I asked my brother to convey my compliments to the GM. The GM was pleased at the praise and informed my middle brother that Deshay was a hired two weeks prior. It was then that I remembered Mike K ’ s experience and decided to Unilocal.Maybe management did read and take heed of Mike K ’ s review, it’s nice to think a company would take action after concerns have been raised. Kudos to Zaxby’s for a great hire and for taking customer service seiously and to Deshay for being a perfect example of what Mike K and we all expect and deserve for our patronage. The food at this location is always on point. I have never had a problem with it. The staff is swift and quite professional. I normally partonize the drive thru service. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but the cashier constantly assures you that you will be serviced. I really like service like that, employees that go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. That’s what great customer service is all about.

The food tastes great, the service is consistently poor to downright lousy. A few weeks ago I tried to call and place a takeout order. They put me on hold for ten minutes and when I called back, no one would answer. So I call again and finally get someone and I politely expressed my frustration about it being so difficult to place my order. She got snippy with me about it and just told me to order. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that she is one! I asked her if she always speaks to her customers in that way and promptly took my business across the street to Arby’s where they have great customer service.

The food is always fresh and tasty and they always get your order right. Sometimes it can take a bit longer than typical fast food but that’s ok because it’s better than typical fast food. Great fries, great prices, great hot sauce.
