To start. Technician that came out– 5 stars. Courteous and professional. The door was open in 10 min without damage. Dispatching service 1 star at best. I was twice told the wait would be 20 – 30 min by two different individuals and ultimately the tech showed up 1 hour and 20 minutes after the initial call.
I realize locking yourself out is self inflicted but if I was informed of the long wait I could call around or walk to the coffee shop ½ mile down the road rather than pacing outside of my house in 30 degree weather for over an hour. The wait wasn’t the issue it’s the poor communication.
