We were in need of a new treadmill so we called 2^nd Wind as they had sold us a bike years ago and we love it. We called and spoke with «BJ» who was so patient with all my questions and very helpful. When we went into the store he was there and remembered our call and was again very helpful and we bought our new treadmill. We bought Life Fitness brand as that was the same we bought for our bike and really like the quality… we had used Life Fitness in hotels and really liked it and that is how we started with the brand and were so happy to come home from vacation and buy the bike and now the treadmill. We will continue to shop here.
UPDATE: The treadmill was delivered exactly when they said it would be by 2 men who were so nice and set it all up and took away all the packaging… left everything neat and clean… great work guys and it is working great!

I went into the store to purchase a treadmill. When I told the salesman that I wanted good quality at a reasonable price he talked to me like I was a moron for even suggesting that. It’s either quality or cheap price, there is nothing in between apparently. He was so rude that my wife and I walked out of the store and purchased a good quality treadmill at a reasonable price down the street. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but since I got good customer service there as opposed to 2^nd Wind, I was happy to pay. Don’t pre-judge your customers and definitely don’t make them feel stupid for asking a very simple question!
