Never again will I recommend this company to any of my loved ones or any clients for that matter. At first, I was so excited to finally be getting a new roof. They also said that they noticed some other work that could be done and that they can perform for us as well. We gave the green light and according to our INSURANCE COMPANY everything should have been covered. Well, it wasn’t according to 4DC. All that money that was suppose to go to those additional projects went toward the cost of our roof. Keep in mind, we didn’t want to pay out of pocket. We expressed that several times. After everything was said and done, they charged us with more. Not only was our INSURANCE COMPANY shocked that we are paying more for what should have been covered with their checks, so are several of our friends and neighbors. Thanks for the roof but maybe next time you shouldn’t promise more or charge more for a basic roof.

I’ve had 4th Dimension concepts do 2 roofs for me personally & both times they were the lowest price & did the work in a timely manner. They are great at follow up making sure you’re happy with the work!
