Ordered a dozen roses for my wife last week. They were absolutley gorgeous and the setting was just what I had imagined. The only bad thing was they they had no scent at all… none.

Not very happy! I ordered their contemporary bouquet and was told on the phone that there will be a slight difference since they did not have all the flowers. What I got was something totally different. The florist noticed my dislike and had to rearrange it 2 different times. She apologized, she had known that is was not even close to the original. so she put more flowers in it to try make up for what it lacked. Unfortunately, by doing this, it made it look more cluttered. I delivered the bouquet to my friend, and I still was rearranging it and pulling out flowers. Very disappointed. Plus, the customer service was not impressive– not very focused or attentive and
not accommodating.

Had my wedding bouquet done here. I was supposed to have peonies in my bouquet, and they assured me they would have them… the day came and no peonies were to be found. They told me a week before my wedding. The reason this whole situation is frustrating is because I had triple checked with them about the peonies because I knew they were out of season. They said they had a source who could get them to me with no problems. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend my friends and family here… but, it’s not a horrible place or anything either.
