A Image Limo and Car Service

A Image Limo is one of the best limousine services we’ve used. We have had nothing but great experiences with RJ. He is prompt and understands what service means. He is always willing to accommodate your schedule. After booking, he checks in to see if any special accommodations need to be made. Seeing him is the best way to start and end a trip. We have used other limousine services that do not even compare to the level of service we have had with A Image Limo.

This company has the WORST customer service! I chose not to use them solely on this fact. The owner, RJ has the worst telephone skills. RJ called my home because of a «feeler» email I had sent out in regards to a quote. I told him that we had decided to use another company and he was literally like «why?» I told him that we got a better price from someone else and he proceeded to tell me that they would have matched any price, they have the best limos in town and have been in business for 25 years. Well, that’s great, but WE HAD CHOSEN ANOTHER COMPANY!!! What am I supposed to do, cancel our other limo and lose my deposit because you decide to follow-​up two days before our event??? He literally kept me on the phone for 5 minutes lecturing me. It was a ridiculous waste of time.
