Racist!
First, they sent a very shady looking guy 30 minutes late. We were almost late for our flight.
He didnt apologize at all. In fact he never said one word the entire time.
It was the worst service I have experienced.
This is the first time I didnt tip a cabbie well.
As we got out he said, «just like your @@@@ing „people“ not to tip»
I am an american and that was the most racist comment/experience.
Avoid this company at all costs. Pay the extra 10 bucks and use Naperville Limo or Aurora Limo, not these RACIST jerks.
